Acrylic <\/span>Sealant<\/span><\/h3>

Single-component plastic sealant, produced based on acrylic emulsion. Sealant is used mainly for filling wall cracks and sealing joints in sanitary and other indoor applications. Sealing non-porous surfaces like concrete, plaster, cement, brick and wood materials before painting. Field of application<\/h4>\n

Mainly used for filling cracks and sealing joints in sanitary and other interior areas. Repair of smaller surface defects before painting. For densification of porous surfaces. Filling cracks of concrete, brick, gypsum, other materials and the screw holes. Not recommended for applications in constant contact with water.

Storage Conditions<\/h4>\n

Guaranteed persistence 12 months from the date of production, stored in original package in a dry place at temperatures 0 \u00b0C to +25 \u00b0C. Avoid freezing and temperatures over +25 \u00b0C. Short-term resistance to freezing, max 10 days at temperatures over -18\u00b0C.
Freeze-thaw resistance 7 cycles at temperatures -18 \u00b0C and +23 \u00b0C, one cycle lasting 48 hours (24 hours at -18 \u00b0C and 24 hours at +23 \u00b0C).<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Application Conditions<\/h4>\n
\n

Application temperature from +5 \u00b0C to +40 \u00b0C. The surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil. Not suitable for joints with high mobility (more than 8% of the joint width). Not suitable for connections of bitumen surfaces. Poor adhesion to glass and some plastics. Can cause corrosion on uncovered metal surfaces. Ensure sufficient ventilation during application. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. Cured sealant can be handled without any danger to health. Cleaning<\/h4>\n

Application<\/span>Instruction<\/span><\/h3>

Clear joints of any grease, oil, dust and loose particles. 310ml cartridge: Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle for directing acrylic. Cut the threaded end in a way where a suitable opening for application is produced. Place the cartridge together with the applicator in the gun and fill the installation nozzle with acrylic, by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger.
600ml foil package: Open the end of the foil pack and place the pack inside the gun so that the dosing nozzle keeps covering its open portion. Place the dosing nozzle on the open end and screw on the cap to close the tube. Cut the nozzle so as to create a suitable aperture for dosing acrylic. Place acrylic in a joint by pressing repeatedly and evenly on the trigger of the gun and by dragging the nozzle along the joint. Once the acrylic has been applied, smooth it with a silicon rubber spatula. Remove any excess acrylic.
Maximum recommended dimension of the connection 30x20mm. Paintable after the final curing. Curing time depends on the size of the joint (2,5-3 mm\/day). Early painting can cause cracking of the paint.
