VENSL - <\/span>PU<\/span><\/h3>

Vensl PU represents the success of EPU hybrid chemistry where urethane linkages are infused into the epoxy matrix to impart better physical and mechanical properties such as wear resistance and moderate flexibility to the cured film. Ven SL PU is a self levelling, two component floor topping, preferred over the conventional floor toppings because of its remarkable properties over epoxies. It is the industry\u2019s work-horse floor topping, recommended for varied industries such as automobiles, pharma, auto ancillary units, light engg and heavy engg industries. It has excellent abrasion resistance and is flexible enough to withstand impact loads while remaining sufficiently strong to withstand industrial traffic.
Vensl PU is a resin-rich flooring system where the polymer content is over 80%, unlike conventional filler-rich epoxy floorings. USES<\/h4>\n

Vensl PU is used as top coat in conjunction with Venpoxy \/ Ven PU range of floor toppings. It is recommended in automobile, pharma, food, breweries, light and heavy engineering industries.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE<\/h4>\n

Excellent resistance is observed against distilled water, detergent solutions, alkalies and acids. Chemical spillages should always be wiped up as quickly as possible and not be allowed to concentrate up by evaporation. The data on the list of the chemicals found resistant to this product during our lab study is available on request.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

STORAGE HANDLING<\/h4>\n

The product should be stored in accordance with national regulations. It should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area, away from heat, direct sunlight, sparks and children. Handle with care. Mix resin and hardener as per the ratio. Use the mix solution within the pot life time.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
