Venprime6 LMW
A low molecular weight version from the Venprime range of primer & top coat is a solvent free, two component, glass reinforced, epoxy screed lining is recommended for various internal RCC structures & concrete substrates. Being a low viscous, Venprime 6 with its special blend of surfactants, penetrates easily and efficiently into the porosities and capillaries of the concrete substrate forming a very strong bond with the substrate. Venprime 6 is based on a Polyamido amine cured epoxy chemistry and has excellent bond strength with the substrate which is the hall mark of an effective solutions for various Epoxy lining systems . It can also be used as a sealer and a self levelling screed with the aid of graded aggregates.
PACKAGING
Venprime 6 available in 5 & 20 litre packs and has a maximum shelf life of 12 months in the un-opened containers.
USES
Venprime 6 is used as primer, self levelling screed and sealer coat in conjunction with Venprime 6 and VenSL range of floor toppings. It is also used a water-wipeable grout for kota stones, with the aid of aggregates and EPI colourants.
Excellent bond strength, with concrete failure in pull-off test.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Excellent resistance is observed against distilled water, detergent solutions, alkalies and acids. Chemical spillages should always be wiped up as quickly as possible and not be allowed to concentrate up by evaporation. The data on the list of the chemicals found resistant to this product during our lab study is available on request.
OPSLAG & OMGAAN ?
The product should be stored in accordance with national regulations. It should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area, away from heat, direct sunlight, sparks and children. Handle with care. Mix resin and hardener as per the ratio. Use the mix solution within the pot life time.
