Field of application

Foam is used for installation of doors and windows, insulation and fixation of tubes, filling of holes and gaps, fixation of wall panels and roof stones, and for thermal insulation.

Dual Applicator Foam -Gun & Strow

Safety Regulations

Can contains diphenylmethane 4,4-diisocyanate. Dangerous when inhaled. Irritates eyes, skin and respiratory organs. Inhalation of gas may cause allergy. In case of eye-contact rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical help. Do not smoke during work! Make sure that there is good ventilation, use protection means when necessary. Keep out of the reach of children. Detailed safety information is available on safety data sheet (SDS).

Application Instruction

Hold the foam can in upright position. Screw the applicator (straw) to the foam can valve. Shake the can at least 20 times before use. For application, turn the applicator upside down and press the applicator trigger. The foam output can be adjusted by applicator trigger. At low temperatures foam can must be warmed before work in warm room or water. Temperature of room or water must not exceed +30 °C.

Application Conditions

Air temperature during application -10 °C…+30 °C, best results at +20 °C. Can temperature during application +10 °C…+25 °C, best results at +20 °C. Surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil before foam is applied. Substrate should be moistened as the foam expands due to the moisture. A moistened surface ensures better results. Cured foam can be painted.

Storage Conditions

Can must be stored and transported in vertical position. Store in a cool and dry place. Store at temperatures +5 °C…+30 °C. Aerosol can must not be stored at temperatures over +50 °C and in direct sun. Storage life 12 months.

Cleaning

Uncured foam can be removed with acetone, cured foam only mechanically.
